About Kate

Kate grew up calling the rural mountains for Vermont home. She first milked cows when she was 15 at the Putney School and had her first commercial flock of layers as soon as she and Mark were engaged.

After over a decade living with misdiagnosed Lyme disease, Kate found the importance of good food in the healing process and getting accessible real food back into rural America’s kitchens.
